A: Unlike other pre-packaged meal and grocery delivery companies our goal is to provide you a pre-selected and pre-packaged box of groceries where the items always stay the same (except for a few customizations here and there). With BlueFox Box, you know exactly what groceries you are getting every single time so you can plan your grocery shopping and meals more consistently and efficiently. BlueFox Box is designed to be the hyper-convenient way for you to get the basic groceries you need when you need them.
Q: Do I have the option to select any of the items that are included in my BlueFox Box?
A: BlueFox Box is designed to be the most consistent way for you to get the basic groceries you need when you need them. All of our boxes contain pre-selected items that never change. We do offer limited customizability with a few of our boxes. If one of our boxes offer customization you will see this reflected on the box's product page.
Q: What is your current service area?
A: Currently, we are only servicing Dane County, WI. As we grow we hope to be able to bring BlueFox Box to even more cities across Wisconsin and the U.S.!
Q: After I place my order when can I expect to receive my BlueFox Box?
A: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date you place your order.
Q: How do I place my order using Alexa?
A: At BlueFox Box we believe in the power of simplicity. That is why we decided to design and build a way for our customers to order via any Amazon Alexa-enabled device (Google Assistant coming soon).
